The animals of the Zoo: Where do they come from? How do they live? Why are they here?
This is a morning or morning and afternoon activity aimed for children from 5 to 13 years old, for the elective holidays of schools. The Zoo’s educators, biologists with great experience in pedagogic tasks, separate the children by ages (5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 13) and guide them through the world of the animals in a fun and clear manner, and closely show them some of them.
Why are there animals in the Zoo? Where do they come from? How do they live? What do they eat? How do we take care of them? To learn about the past, present and future of the Zoo and of the animals in the world. To discover the animals’ stories while learning to love them and to take care of our environment.
For the children that have lunch in the Zoo, the afternoon is the time to play for a while and to reflect upon all the learnings of the day.
