We spent the whole week learning to be great animal Zoo keepers !.

What a job we had !. It has to be cleaned a lot but with different utensils than the ones we have at home. In the Zoo, brooms made with branches (like the ones before), shovels, carts, rakes ... are used. Depending on the floor of the animal and poop installation, we will use one utensil or another. Curious, right? .

In addition, we had to pay attention to the poop, the drinking troughs, the feeders, that there is nothing broken and that the animals eat and walk well. We also put the food, which we went to look for in the warehouse, quaaaaaaant food of all kinds !. And others we have enriched (very cool toys!).

One day we went to visit the horses of the mounted city police and showered in his yard !. How cool we were !. We really liked the horses and their stables, in addition, they told us everything they did to take care of them !.

We have been told that sometimes Zoo keepers have to make houses for animals, such as frogs and snakes. They are called terrariums and we have been busy making one for each one, yes they need a lot of things !.

The Zoo educator told us that they are not pets even though we see them small and do not bite, as they do not live on a farm they are wild animals like a lion and wild animals should not be in the houses because they could not do the work they do in nature.

When the animals do not eat, move or walk badly, we must notify the veterinarian who will come to take a look and check them. We have been taught the veterinary clinic and we have cured some stuffed patients with the material from the vets. It's been a lot of fun!
