Zoo rules
There are days on which the Zoo has many visitors. To ensure that your visit is more comfortable, safer and more respectful for adults, children and Zoo inhabitants, please follow the following rules:

The Zoo reserves the right of admission.

For everybody's safety, the Zoo has a limited capacity.

Visitors are not permitted to enter topless.

Visitors are not permitted to enter with balloons, balls or similar items.

It is forbidden to access the park with pets, except for guide dogs.*

It is strictly forbidden to cross any fence, access animal enclosures or touch the animals.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the site.

Admission prices give access to the site for one mday. Visitors are not permitted to leave the site mand re-enter on the same day.

Under 13s must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

It is forbidden to get around the site on a scooter, bicycle or skates.

Filming for professional purposes is not allowed without prior authorisation.

For the benefit of the animals, try and visit them quietly, without shouting or drawing attention to yourselves.

You are not allowed to feed the animals, as they follow a balanced diet designed to ensure their welfare.

It is forbidden to cross the safety barriers on the site. The animals do not like unexpected visits and it may be dangerous for you.

Visitors are not allowed to take flash photos, especially in the case of animals living in a space with little light.
