Today the third grade students have come to know the different types of vertebrates.

They have been explorers discovering their food, reproduction and they were interested in knowing how dangerous each of the animals were to humans, that is, if they had poison, sharp fangs, large claws ... All this, outdoors and with the guidance of one of the Zoo educators.

They have also been able to see different animals in serious danger of extinction, including the tits or the newt of Montseny !. Yes, in our house we have the most endangered amphibian in Western Europe !.

In this way, they have been able to appreciate the work done by the Zoo for its conservation, reproducing them in the different aquariums and releasing them later in Montseny to prevent their extinction.
