We have prepared an inclusive comic for those who want to prepare their visit.

Your virtual assistant for a more inclusive visit to the Zoo. It will guide you through the different spaces and give you information about the one you are visiting. Specially designed for people with visual, hearing and cognitive accessibility needs or with disabilities due to mental health disorders. Pilot phase: Only in the Sahel and Land of Dragons Discovery Center

A free wheelchair service is available for people who do not normally need a wheelchair, but can be provided during a visit to the Zoo.

Wheelchairs can be requested at either of the two entrances to the Zoo.

In the children's play area you will find facilities with a wheelchair accessible route that incorporates adapted games.

If you need it, we offer an identification lanyard service for people with hidden disabilities. These lanyards help us provide you with a pleasant and calm experience in the park.
